Method for preservation and repair of Marine launching airbag
1. Preservation of Marine air bag:
When the Marine water bag is not used for a long time, it should be
cleaned and dried, filled and coated with talcum powder, and placed
indoors in a dry, cool and ventilated place, away from heat source.
The air bag should be spread flat, not stacked, nor piled on the
air bag weight. Air bag should not be in contact with acid, alkali,
grease and organic solvents.
2. Repair of Marine air bag:
The damage forms of Marine launching air bag can be generally
divided into longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks and nail holes.
The operation steps are as follows:
(1) mark out the repair range as the boundary of the polished
surface. Repair scope to the crack around the expansion, do not
omit hidden damage. The extension range varies depending on the
type of airbag and the damage range, usually 18-20cm for 3-layer;
4-layer is 20-22cm; The 5th layer is 22-24cm; The six layers are
24-26cm.
(2) polish and repair part of the surface until the fiber line is
exposed, but do not damage the fiber line.
(3) For long cracks, cord thread should be used first. The location
of the stitching pinhole is about 2-3cm away from the crack, and
the stitching needle spacing is about 10cm.
(4) clean the surface of the part to be repaired with gasoline and
dry it.
(5) coated with a layer of glue. Slurry is made by soaking raw
rubber in gasoline. The weight ratio of raw glue and gasoline is
usually 1:5, and the first layer is slightly thinner (the weight
ratio of raw glue and gasoline is desirable 1:8). After the first
layer of slurry cool dry, then coated with a slightly thicker
slurry and air dry.
(6) with a thickness of 1mm, width of 1cm than the crack sealing
rubber strip.
(7) Brush the gasoline and dry it.
(8) For longitudinal cracks, a layer of hanging rubber cord cloth
with a width of about 10cm is applied perpendicular to the
direction of the crack.
(9) lay a layer of hanging rubber cord cloth parallel to the
longitudinal direction. The lap area around the crack should be
greater than 5cm and should be cut and pasted into rounded corners.
(10) lay a layer of hanging rubber cord cloth diagonally. The
direction of the cord should be the same as that of the oblique
cord (or reinforcing fiber) in the cyst wall. The surrounding lap
area should be 1cm larger than the previous layer of hanging
plastic cord cloth, and all sides should be cut and pasted into
rounded corners.
