2. No sheath type

fender is light and easy to move, and makes the fender move more

angles.

Floating pneumatic fender is a kind of ship supplies for berth

practical and economical than general ship fender, so it is

Pneumatic rubber fender is a rubber closed container made of gluon
cloth as skeleton material. The fender is filled with compressed
air and can float on the water surface. It serves as an important
buffer medium between ship and ship berthing and ship and dock
berthing. At the same time, inflatable rubber fender can absorb the
impact energy of ship movement, reduce the ship's recoil force, and
greatly improve the safety of ship docking.
With air as the medium, the compressed air is used to absorb the
impact energy, so that the ship is flexible when docking, so as to
achieve the effect of collision prevention and avoidance. Yokohama
fender has been widely used in oil tankers, container ships,
engineering ships, ocean-going fishing boats, offshore platforms,
large docks, military ports, large bridge piers and other ships and
offshore platforms.
Floating pneumatic fender operation instructions and maintenance
precautions
1. The maximum deformation of Marine inflatable fender in the use
process is 60% (except for special ship type or special operation),
and the use pressure is 50kpa-80kpa (the use pressure can be
determined according to the user's ship type, tonnage size and near
environment).
2, pneumatic rubber fender should pay attention to avoid sharp
objects in the use of puncture and scratch; And timely maintenance
and maintenance, in general 5- 6 months for a pressure test.
3, often check the pneumatic rubber fender body for puncture,
scratch. The surface objects in contact with the fender shall not
have sharp protruding hard objects to prevent puncturing the
fender. When the fender is in use, the cable or chain or wire rope
hanging the fender shall not be knotted.
4. When the Yokohama pneumatic fender is not in use for a long
time, it should be cleaned, dried, filled with appropriate amount
of gas, and placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place.
5, Yokohama fender storage should be away from heat, not with acid,
alkali, grease and organic solvent contact.
6, do not pile up when not in use, do not pile up heavy objects on
the fender.
